We give 10% of our profits each year into the foundation as a way to give back to cities, communities, and people that have been a blessing to us. With a business globally, we strive to fund projects in those same areas globally. It’s important for us as a company to invest into future generations of this world and we do so through these health and education projects!

BMF Shanghai
For the last 12 years, BMF Shanghai has been participating in the Giving Tree’s Christmas Event. The Giving Tree is an organization that impacts thousands of impoverished Chinese kids’ lives by giving them joy through Christmas presents. Every year they hand out thousands of gift bags full of clothes, shoes, and toys.

Christmas Party with
LIGHTHOUSE
BMF Taipei
Lighthouse was established back in 1990 and is supported by the BMF group and some of the international churches of Taipei. The purpose of Lighthouse is to reach out and care for these men who find themselves in very difficult circumstances.
To bring some Christmas cheer to their lives, we and other volunteer groups sponsor a Christmas Party at the prison every year. This is the only time in the year that all the foreign inmates can gather to celebrate. We provide homemade food, pizza and gifts. As one British inmate put it, “This is the only day of the year where I don’t feel that I am in prison.”
We provide gifts to each inmate which include many useful items that they can use throughout the year. Local inmates can rely on their families to provide the things they need, but foreign inmates do not have family in Taiwan to rely on.

BMF AFRICA
Started by the Brantingham's great friends, Shane and Lara Olson, Gathering Together International has been serving and restoring communities in Asia and Africa for many years. Their heartbeat is getting people and organizations within communities to work together to bring about lasting impact and change. Currently based in Kelso on the east coast of South Africa they are actively involved in uplifting the Kelso Informal Settlement through educational programs such as homework clubs, teacher support, leadership training and community vegetable gardens. Lara’s passion for the medical field and as nurse practitioner has also enabled her to pioneer a medical clinic. In Kwa-Zulu Natal they also serve in Malangeni and Bhudubhudu. Further afield, they have reach into Liberia, India and the Philippines, always gathering people and bringing hope.
